About the
Treehouse

Comfort is King
The Treehouse B&B sits just inside the City of Paris corporate limits, but is tucked between two internationally renown horse farms, Claiborne Farm and Hunterton Farm at Stoner Creek (formerly known as Stoner Creek Stud Farm). We’re in the heart of Kentucky’s thoroughbred racing country, only 14 miles from Lexington and Keeneland racetrack.

The Treehouse, like all its neighbors down on the creek, is an elevated structure, due to the fact that winding Old Stoner has been known to flood a time or two. And there’s an elevator in the Treehouse for those who emphasize relaxation over stair-climbing!

New Construction with Rustic Charm
The Treehouse was built in 2004, by your hosts, Pat and Laura Conley. Pat and Laura married in 1977 and “grew up” on Stoner Creek, right next door to The Treehouse, in a cottage once frequented by the late Cleveland Browns and University of Kentucky football coaching legend, Blanton Collier.

Privacy and More
Designed for rustic comfort, The Treehouse is small enough to be cozy and big enough for plenty of privacy and entertaining. Three canoes and a pontoon boat open up 13 miles of Stoner Creek to floating fun for Treehouse guests.
